The lobby at our Main Office in Downtown Birmingham is open by appointment. Before you make an in-person appointment, consider these options:

  • Call our 24/7 Call Center toll free: 1-800-249-APCO (2726) or call directly to a branch during our regular business hours.
  • Drive-thrus are open at our free-standing branches. You can drive up, ask questions, and a Member Service Representative will assist you. If additional information is needed or a form needs to be completed, someone will meet you in our parking lot at your vehicle.

Special requirements

During the COVID-19 crisis, our Birmingham Main Office lobby is open to confirmed in-person appointments only. We ask that you call when you arrive at the branch. A representative will meet you at the door. Only you and one other person are allowed to enter the building. We will wear a face mask or a face covering and you are required to wear a face mask or face covering as well. We have installed shields and ask that you follow social distancing measures. At some point, you may be asked to remove your face mask for identification purposes. Our areas will be disinfected before and after your visit.
