What you need to know

Mobile Banking Screen CapturesOur new Online Banking gives you all the tools you need, when and where you need them, all in one place.

First Time Login

Follow these steps to login for the first time:

  1. Enter your current User ID and Password.
  2. Verify your account by answering identification questions.
  3. You will be prompted to complete the confirmation code process via text or phone call to the number we have on file for the account. Once the confirmation code is received, enter this into the system.
  4. You will then be prompted to set up a new password and security questions. Once set-up you will be logged into Online Banking.
  5. Accept Credit Union disclosures for Digital Banking.

Internal Transfer Accounts

“Internal Transfer Accounts” are accounts that are set up for transfers between your account and another account. If you see an internal transfer account, you are set up to transfer funds to the other listed account.

Bill Pay Users

Scheduled payments within Bill Pay will be processed as usual. All payee information and scheduled payments will carry over to the new system.

eStatement Users

Your current eStatments settings will be transferred over to the new system.

Alerts

Any alerts you have set up will transfer over to the new system.

Quickbooks, Quicken, and Mint Users

This upgrade will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Click here for conversion instructions.

New Mobile Banking App!

As part of the upgrade, we’ve also launched a newly updated Mobile Banking App. The current APCO Employees Credit Union mobile app will automatically update. If you don’t have your app set to automatically update, you can manually update the app.
