Important changes to Online and Mobile Banking (12/02/20).

Your Credit Union made security upgrades to your online banking on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. This upgrade means your security (site-authentication) image and passphrase will no longer be required during login.

 

Important Note:
After entering your username and password during login, you will be prompted to enroll in new security features by setting up new Security Questions. Mobile banking will not be accessible until you set up new Security Questions after logging in with your username and password through your Credit Union’s website at apcocu.org. Once you successfully set up new Security Questions, you may access your account using your Credit Union mobile app.

 

Overview
  • An upgrade was made to Online Banking services 12/02/2020.
  • Your username and password will not change.
  • A security image and passphrase will no longer be required during login.
  • You will be prompted to enroll in new security features by setting up new Security Questions.
  • You will not be able to access Mobile Banking until you set up new Security Questions by logging in through apcocu.org.
