We are excited to announce our Mobile, West Mobile, Jasper West, and Hueytown locations are open with our representatives ready to assist you.

We will continue limiting lobby occupancy in all of our locations to maintain social distancing recommendations, and the Credit Union staff assisting you will be wearing face masks. For the collective safety of other members and our Credit Union team, and to maintain compliance with the state mask ordinance in effect, a face mask or covering will be required to enter our branch lobbies.

If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, fever, or a cough, we are asking that you continue using our drive-thru, online banking or telephone services for transactions.

We’re excited to say we’ve made updates to branch operations in Mobile. Effective Monday, August 17, Credit Union staff will be available in your local branches to assist you with your financial needs. For the foreseeable future, the Mobile and West Mobile lobbies will remain closed to public access, but our service representatives and loan officers are ready and excited to serve you at a distance by phone and email.

The lobby at our Main Office in Downtown Birmingham is open by appointment. Before you make an appointment, consider that most transactions and questions may be handled using our drive thru service, which is open at the Main Office. Also other area branch lobbies are open with no appointment necessary.

We understand the need for in branch transactions and apologize for the inconvenience. While these branch lobbies are currently closed, we’re happy to give you the ability to complete your financial transactions from home or with minimal exposure to public surroundings. We offer:

  • Online and Mobile Banking are available 24/7. Log in online at apcocu.org or download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store today.
  • With the Automated Teller System you can perform transactions on your Credit Union accounts from any telephone. Dial 205-226-6800 or 1-800-249-2726 and select “Automated Teller System” from the options listed.
  • Your Credit Union also gives you access to CU Service Centers that are conveniently located near you. You can use your APCO account number and proper identification to cash checks, check balances and make deposits, payments, withdrawals and transfers on your APCO account. Due to the changing landscape of operations surrounding COVID-19, please call to ensure they are offering drive-thru services. The state mask ordinance is still in effect. A face mask or covering will be required to enter our branch lobbies. Many of our branch lobbies and drive-thrus are open. Our main office branch lobby is closed, but the drive thru is open. Check the Locations page for details.

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in Jefferson County and the surrounding area, we have decided to limit public access to our Main Office, indefinitely. Our drive-thru remains full-service.
