• APCO Mobile Banking is here. Just go to our home page, click on the link, and sign up! Convenience will have a new address. Everywhere!
• We will be opening our second branch office in Mobile this Spring. The new branch will be located in the Hillcrest Office of the Alabama Power Company at the corner of Airport Blvd and Hillcrest Road. Watch your mailbox, future newsletters, and our website for the exact opening date.

• You can order checks that do not require changes or corrections by phone or online. Your Credit Union's check printer, Harland, offers this service through their voice response unit (VRU) toll free at 1-888-784-5296 or online on our home page by clicking on "Check Orders" under Quick Links.
• Excessive plastic card fraud coming from foreign countries has made it necessary for the Credit Union to block all debit card transactions originating from those countries. Your APCO debit card will not work in the countries listed below so be aware of this when you travel. Here are the countries blocked: *APCO Visa Debit card - China, India, Japan, Lebanon, & Russia
• Please include your 7 digit APCO account number and the suffix or description of your transaction on the checks you give or mail to our offices to ensure proper credit.
• APCO members can take advantage of CU Service Centers and Outlets located near them. You can use your APCO account number and proper identification to cash checks, check balances and make deposits, payments, withdrawals and transfers on your APCO account. For the location nearest you, go to the online directory at cuservicecenter.com or click on the CU Service Center link on our home page under Quick Links.

• Please remember that APCO debit cards are limited to $3000 per day on purchases and $1000 per day on cash advances at ATMs. APCO Visa credit cards are limited to $5000 per day on both purchases and cash advances.
• Keep it simple. The APCO Platinum Visa credit card has a low rate of 10.9% APR, gives you 1% cash back on your purchases, and it's a good choice. Apply for yours today!
• Opening or adding to your APCO IRA is a great way to take control of your financial future. Call or stop by and talk with one of our IRA experts today.
• Please inform the Credit Union in writing when your address changes.
• Give our online bill payer service a try. It's easy, it's accurate, and it's free!
• Due to insurance regulations and security concerns, the Credit Union does not keep large amounts of cash at any of our locations. If you need more than $3000 cash from your checking account, please give us at least a week's advance notice so we can order extra money to accomodate your request.
• Now you can get Credit Union financing right at the dealership. Your Credit Union has partnered with CUDL (Credit Union Direct Lending) in an effort to make buying your next new or used vehicle easier and more convenient. Look for the CUDL logo when shopping at the dealerships, identify yourself as an APCO member, and ask for your financing through the CUDL system.
